Where We Ship
We currently ship across India.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation.
- Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- During festivals or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will keep you informed.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
- Metro cities typically receive orders faster than remote areas.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
- Orders below this value attract a flat shipping charge of ₹49, shown at checkout before payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across India.
- There is no extra charge for COD orders.
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS/email.
- You can track your order anytime using the tracking link we send, or on our Website — no login required.
Failed Delivery
- If delivery fails because no one is available or the address is incorrect, our courier will attempt redelivery.
- After repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery (charges may apply) or a refund.
Shipping Partner
We ship via leading national couriers — including Delhivery, India Post and Shiprocket partners — selected based on your delivery PIN code.
