Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are herbal cosmetics applied to the body, hygiene and safety rules apply to returns. Please read this policy carefully.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
What Can Be Returned
✓ Eligible for return:
- Products that arrive damaged, defective, or leaking
- Wrong product delivered (different from what you ordered)
- Products that are unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
✗ NOT eligible for return (for hygiene and safety reasons):
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products without original packaging or seal
- Products returned after the 7-day window
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer
This hygiene exclusion is standard for cosmetic and personal-care products and protects all our customers.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at store@dronagiriherbal.in or WhatsApp +91 94290 29840.
- Provide your order number and a photo of the product (especially if damaged or wrong).
- We will review and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will guide you on returning the product.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product) — we bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason — the customer bears the return shipping cost.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method for online payments.
- For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
- Refund timelines after processing depend on your bank (typically 5–7 working days).
Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched at no charge.
- To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at +91 94290 29840.
- Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under this policy.
- For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund is issued.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Take a photo before opening fully if damage is visible.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
